Villa's kids made it three wins from four as they comprehensively beat Charlton Athletic at Bodymoor Heath.

Harry Forrester opened the scoring on 29 minutes and Ciaran Clark doubled the lead four minutes later. Villa were good value for a 2-0 half-time lead.

The Young Lions kept up the pressure after the break and could have added to the scoreline long before Nathan Delfouneso made it 3-0 on 68. A minute later it was 4-0 as Andreas Weimann completed the Villa scoring.

Charlton substitute Steven Lozano grabbed a consolation goal for the visitors on 73.
