MK Dons 2-1 VILLA
The Young Lions suffered their second defeat of the season away to Milton Keynes today. After a goalless first half the home side took the lead early in the second period.
Villa then got back into the match and levelled after good work from Bradley who's early ball was controlled well and lobbed into the net by full-back Danny Earls.
The Dons then regained the lead after some poor defending from the away side.
Villa did equalise late on but the goal was disallowed by the match officials as the ball was judged to have gone out for a throw.
Coach Tony McAndrew said, 'it was a poor performance and we got what we deserved. We are very disappointed, the boys just were not at the races today.'
The youngsters will now hope for a response next weekend when they face Cardiff at Bodymoor Heath.
