More Goals To Come
John Carew is delighted with Villa's tag as Barclays Premier League entertainers and is looking for even more goals next season.
Martin O'Neill's exciting side ended the season with 71 League goals - a tally bettered only by Manchester United and Arsenal.
Carew, who bagged 13 of those and had a hand in countless others, said: "It is good that we keep creating chances and that is something we hope to build on next season after such a good goalscoring record this year.
"We are pleased to have got sixth place - we thought we might have got fifth place but sixth it is and if you had offered us that at the start of the season, we would have been very happy.
"We will have a well earned break now and then we will be back in July and ready for Europe. We will relax our heads a bit and then be back and raring to go."
The Norwegian international added: "This has been a great season for Aston Villa and it underlines for me, absolutely, that I made the right choice in coming here from Lyon.
"I hoped when I came here that we would qualify for Europe and we have achieved that now, which is fantastic."
