NRCNigel Reo-Coker believes there is much more to come from Villa next season and is determined to keep improving.

Whatever the outcome in the race for Europe, Villa will have made great strides this season, but perfectionist Reo-Coker will be looking for continued improvement next term.

The former England Under-21 captain will put pressure on himself and believes his team mates must do the same to handle growing expectations at Villa Park.

He told www.avfc.co.uk: "I always want to do better. It's important to always want to learn things and do more. That's what we all have to realize. "Life's about achieving and I've always felt like that. I'm not scared of anybody in the Premier League. I just want to go out there and be the best I can."

Reo-Coker continued: "This season has been largely about learning. If you look at it, there haven't been too many games where we've been totally outplayed and outclassed.

"The thing we need to really cut out is making individual errors that have been costing us. It hasn't been that we haven't got good enough players or that we've been outplayed, it's our own errors that have cost us games.

"That more frustrating to us as players than anything else. It's a lot more frustrating to us than it is to the fans because we know what we're capable of. We work hard on the training ground and it's about learning to eradicate these errors.

"If we look back through the course of the season at the games we should have won and the points we should have had, it's frustrating.

"There's a great opportunity to achieve something here. What we've done this season with the squad we've had is a fantastic achievement."
