Consumer Sales Representative Full & Part Time

Aston Villa Football Club has a strong heritage and has consistently performed in the top flight of modern football.Within our busy Consumer Sales Department we process sales orders for both the ticket office and our call centre which have to be conducted in a timely manner.

The Position: You will handle all types of incoming calls to the Consumer Sales Department where all requests must be actioned on a daily basis to ensure minimal complaints.You will also be accountable for keeping up to date with changes in Company Procedures and Processes.The ideal candidate will have good written communications skills in order to respond to customers both verbally and in writing.Your contribution to the overall performance and development of the Consumer Sales team will become evident through team briefings and training sessions

The Person: Ideally you will have experience in a customer facing role; you will be extremely flexible and confident with a mature outlook.You must have a good understanding and experience of cash handling and a call centre environment.You will possess excellent administration skills and be practised in Microsoft Office.
